Monitoring - We noticed that some customers using Luna and Bark devices recently experienced slower connection times on 4G/LTE. This was caused by temporary congestion with one of our network partners. The situation has already improved, and most devices should now connect as normal. We are monitoring the issue at our 3rd party network provider

Identified - We’re seeing intermittent mobile data connectivity on a subset of Luna devices that have updated to the latest firmware. This may cause delayed or missing live location updates in the Tracker app and unreliable location sharing. We have limited new firmware downloads to reduce further impact while we work with the fix.
